Craig will initially discuss your mowing needs, visit your section and provide an obligation free quote. If the section is particularly overgrown or has rocks or rubbish that require removal before it can be mown there may be an “Initial Mow” price quoted as well as a lower Mowing Programme price quoted that is available for subsequent mows.
Have Your Section Mowed
Craig Line-Trims around your section's services (Power, Sewerage and Water connections) and mows the section with a ride-on or tractor mulching mower as agreed with you.
You can choose to have the boundary edges sprayed occasionally as an optional extra if you want a tidier finish.
Enjoy The End Result
Time-stamped photographs are emailed to you at the time of each mow so you can see your section and be assured of the work done.
An invoice is emailed to you for each mow.

Fortnightly With A Ride-On Mower
This option suits clients wanting to maintain a tidy lawn-like appearance on a smooth section.

The clippings can be caught in a catcher and removed if preferred.
Mowing frequency for a ride-on needs to be fortnightly in the high growth periods to prevent frequent blockages. Mowing may be extended out to three weekly or monthly when grass growth rates are low enough.
Monthly With A Tractor Mulching Mower
This option is ideal for section owners who want to keep their section looking great but may not want to budget for fortnightly mows with a ride-on or where the section surface is not currently smooth enough for a ride-on mower.
Monthly mowing with the mulching mower over the growing season results in a finish like what you often see at a public reserve or greenway where the grass is kept tidy but is not mowed as frequently and therefore not maintained as consistently short as a regular lawn.
Less Frequent Mows With A Tractor Mulching Mower
This option enables less frequent mowing, depending on the needs and budget of the client.
Four mows with the mulching mower over the growing season, for example, will result in long grass at times, well in excess of the 150mm maximum grass height stated in many of the Te Anau subdivision’s covenants. However, four mows is usually sufficient that the section appears to be being somewhat maintained and can be enough to prevent complaints or council action.
